Bimotal’s Warranty

In the event that you run into an issue, we stand behind our products with an industry-standard warranty. Once your warranty coverage expires, we will work with you to fix or replace drive units and parts as affordably as possible. If you would like to submit a warranty request, please use the service form below.

Looking for information on how to install Elevate on your bike? The Elevate Installation Manual has you covered.

The manual was written for installers and bike shops and should be familiar if you’ve worked on bikes before. It is heavy on graphics and covers compatibility, different brake sizes, and all other aspects of installation. We put months of effort into this manual and have decided to share it publicly.
