Rolling Production Status Updates

We will work to keep this page current with production status updates to help customers determine when to expect their orders.  If your order date is earlier than the latest fulfilled order date listed below, please contact us as we likely have some questions or need some information from you to complete your order.

Thanks for everyone's patience as we continue to work to scale production volume and deliver Elevate to the world!

  • August 22, 2025: Slight delay getting the remaining May and early June orders out the door as we opened the drive units back up to install our new OTA-compatible firmware before shipping.  These units will go out the door next week.
  • August 9, 2025: We have filled most orders through mid-May and will continue filling May orders next week.  Next batch of systems is expected last August to close out May and start into June.
  • July 25, 2025: We have most of the April orders out the door.  The few remaining are waiting on answers to bike setup questions and will ship as soon as those answers come in.  We still have a few more systems ready that we did not get to packing this week and will start filling early May orders next week.
  • July 11, 2025: Our largest order of parts to date arrived and will begin going through inbound QC and then onto assembly.  The batch of drive units in process will go through final testing next week and begin shipping end of the week or the early the following.
  • June 27, 2025: Orders through end of March and first couple days of April have been filled.  Next batch will begin production next week and will start shipping mid July
  • June 18, 2025: Harnesses have arrived and passed initial QC inspection and have now moved on to getting circuit boards soldered on and fitted into battery trays.
  • June 13, 2025: Next batch of Elevate units are off the production line and going through final testing.  We will begin shipping these units as soon as wire harnesses are available (arrival expected next week).  These units will cover remaining March orders and get us into the first week of April.
  • June 6, 2025: Orders through 3rd week of March have been filled.  Next batch expected mid June
  • May 16, 2025: Parts are flowing again following the temporary truce on reciprocal tariffs allows global trade to resume
  • May 2, 2025: Production output is running behind due to delayed parts shipments caused by the US president's tariff war.  In the mean time, we are improving production line capacity through efficiency updates as well as training new production team members and preparing sub assemblies so we are ready to build drive units as soon as delayed parts arrive.
